Each time I install one of the Xstore themes, the theme header and all its features (including the menu bar, department menu on side bar etc.) do not show.

I have attached 2 pictures. One showing my website without the header, and the other picture showing one of the Xstore themes I have installed that has all its headers.

Please, I need help rectifying this urgently.

    Hello, ROC Enterprise,

We wish to inform you that we have temporarily deactivated the Elementor Pro plugin on your website. Upon doing so, we observed that the website header, as configured through the Theme Options > Header Builder, is functioning correctly. This suggests that the header created with the Elementor Pro plugin has been overriding the one designed via the Theme Options.

At your convenience, we kindly request that you decide which header you prefer to utilize moving forward: the one crafted with the Elementor Pro plugin or the one configured through the Theme Options > Header Builder. Once you have made your decision, you will then have the option to either remove the plugin-generated header or continue to customize it to suit your requirements.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
