Hello!
After activation problem I faced the next issues connected with Theme content import.
1) Plugins installation within theme automatic importing process failed (print screen). While manual installation from the XStore Control Panel – Plugins Installer went fine (print screen). Why?
2) Closing theme automatic importing process pop-up window leads to Theme deactivation (print screen). Why?
3) Theme data importing did not succeed at the end (print screen) because of server parameters (as it says), but they absolutely meet all the requirements (print screen).
Please help!!

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ Themes include a number of perfect third-party plugins that greatly increase the theme opportunities and open new horizons for your store/blog. The installation of included plugins will be required once after the theme activation.
In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually as you already did, or via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

3/ Please confirm whether your server utilizes a blacklist or whitelist? If so, kindly check if the following IP addresses are blocked: 176.9.106.102 and 136.243.62.35.
Additionally, please provide us with the IP address of your server so that we can conduct a thorough investigation.
4/ Provide us with FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

1/ what kind of server settings?
2/ it’s because of your issue: after closing the pop-up window of theme import the installed and activated Theme become inactive.

We hope this message finds you well.
We have identified the following issues that were affecting the installation of plugins and demo data:
1. The “Under Construction” plugin was active, which was blocking certain requests.
2. The child theme was broken. Further details can be found in the private content section.
To resolve these issues, we created a proper child theme and temporarily disabled the “Under Construction” plugin during the demo content installation process. As a result, the demo data was successfully installed.
