    Hello, nihal,

We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully installed the demo data on your system. We apologize for any delay experienced during the installation process. The slow pace was primarily due to the distance between the servers.

Additionally, we have observed that you are currently using PHP version 8.2 or higher. Please be aware that Elementor is not fully compatible with this version of PHP, which may cause some errors visible on your website’s homepage. To enhance stability and performance, we recommend downgrading to PHP version 8.1.

Should you require any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, nihal,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that reinstalling any demo versions may potentially cause issues. However, this should only affect the time required to install the images.

Regarding the PHP version, we kindly advise you to contact your hosting provider, as this falls under their area of responsibility.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
