i bought 8 themes and i tried to use them and changed my themes many times and when i desided to use one i found a problem in importing my themes

Hello,

Have you checked all the server requirements before the installation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ ?
As we can see, XStore theme is not activated on your site. Watch this video – https://youtu.be/4n1re0jKorc
What problem with the import do you face?
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
