Theme installation can't be correctly conducted

    Hi there, i once send as a private content that i wont be able to install the purchased theme properly.

    After installing the theme and try to activate the plugins as instructed, none of them activates. I contacted my host server but they couldnt fix it and was told to contact the theme seller…

    I will once again put my login details under the private content, so if someone helps me, appreciated.

    please provide us with FTP access to your site in private content.

    Hello,

    Your “plugins” folder was renamed to “plugins1”. I’ve renamed it back and the plugins have been activated successfully.

    Can you do the same for me…
    I don’t even have the plugin’s anywhere to be found and install in the first place. My site is broken after updating and now I don’t know how to install plugins and try if that would fix my issues.

    If possible make my site better so I can change the content my self to better ones.. that would be great.
