    Hi there

I have a reseller plugin on my website I use to display reseller prices for a product. A product has the normal reglar price and the plugin puts a reseller price.

Since I have installed this theme, the reseller price does not show. When I deactivate the theme, the price comes back on the product. Can you please tell me why the theme is blocking the reseller price and what can be done?

    Thank you

    Mukami

    Hello, Mukami,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it without access.

Do you mean price on Shop or single product page?

We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Also, we would recommend you contact support of the plugin also, maybe they will be able to give some suggestions.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hi Tyler

Thank you for getting back to me. Please see access in the private area.

So like I said when we deactivate the theme, the reseller price comes on the single product page. When we activate the Xstore theme it disappears.

The plugin that controls the reseller price is called Wholesale prices under woocommerce.

Please will will you check and see where this is coming from.

    Hello, Mukami,

    Thank you for your response.

    Please do the next steps:

1/ Try to disable “Catalog Mode” via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop and check the Price then.

2/ Provide URL of a particular product and let us know what price is shown there when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on your site.

3/ Provide FTP access, then our dev team will check what can be done to help you.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hi there Rose

Here is the image link https://iexposure.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/1683705355762.png

You see the image falls below the additional product images and is not where it is normally. All the Single product pages display like that.

    Where Did I set that?

    Hello, Mukami,

    Thank you for your response.

“Single product page” settings are available when Single Product Builder is disabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce.
