hi, first excuse my english, i’m frenchman.
i upload the theme through the FTP file like show in the tuto video due to space uploading problem. Since I did it, I frequently have 500 internal respond server or data connection server and some issues with theme appearance. Like the home page or the breadcrumbs who fill the page (you can visit the website). I want to know how to solve these.

    Hello, Jeffe Jeremy,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

500 Internal server error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. You can turn on debug mode in WordPress to see the error https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
If it will not show any errors then contact your hosting providers and ask them to give you a server error log to check what is wrong.

Please check padding-top https://prnt.sc/kefBlrgnlke6 in Breadcrumbs settings via Theme options > Breadcrumbs and Theme Options > Header Builder > Header overlap > Custom Breadcrumbs Paddings (Overlap Only).

What issue on the Home page are you referring to?

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Kind Regards,

    thank’s for your answer.
The problem with my homepage is, the first content is under the main menu.
Thank’s for the breadcrumb. but it’s still too big for me, there is away to reduce the bottom and top to 20px?

    Hello, Jeffe Jeremy,

    You’re welcome!
We have noticed that the header overlap is activated for the header. We recommend that you disable it via Header Builder > Header overlap.
If you require any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,
