    Hi Support,

We have a site with the theme installed. It has intermittent issues with the Elementor editor. It has problem with loading frontend.min.js from Elementor and the admin-ajax.php files.

I’ve put the screenshot showing the issue. I’ve tried disabling all the plugins etc. But none of them being disabled seems to fix the issue. Seems to also give a PHP Fatal Error for the Allocated Memory Size too.

If you try to edit the page in Elementor it just have issues with the editor. But it has times when its ok, and then times when its not.

Also when disabling some of the plugins the whole site falls over and displays nothing or has a 500 server error.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Elementor and Elementor Pro. I’ve tried setting different versions etc. but nothing seems to help.

We’re running PHP version 8.3 on the server. Have tried 8.1 and 8.2 with no difference. Also running the Child Theme and WordPress 6.5.2 core.

    Any help would be great.

    Many Thanks

    Chris

Just checked some live stats. When trying to Edit the site in Elementor, it uses 100% of the CPU. Which i’m sure isn’t right…

The error seems to say that its because jquery may be being loaded twice. I’m not sure how though.

    Dear @Christopher Mitchell,

I hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing the WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs section, you will be able to locate details regarding the Memory Limit. You can view this information here: (https://prnt.sc/s1zUSjEfxsQw). This configuration needs to be set on your server. Therefore, I kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider to verify these settings.

Additionally, I recommend reviewing our documentation on how to register and deregister purchase codes for your websites (live/staging). You can find the guide here: (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/).

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Kind regards,

    The 8Theme Team
