Theme Issue with Frontend (Black Border Boxes, Font Color, etc)

Hello, my theme no longer looks correct. There are strange black border boxes around links in the header. And all the grey font should be black. Can you please help?

Yes that looks better thank you! Is it possible to also correct the grey font text that appears when I hover over the product links on the Shop page? They should be black too. https://raventackle.com/shop/
