    Hello, the theme does not work when you enter the site through the phone, the plugins are all updated

    Hello,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.
    Did you make changes in template files?

    Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Have you tried to disable all 3rd-party plugins?
    Did you make changes in template files of XStore theme?

    Please, provide access to your FTP (host, username, password, port) and wp-admin access (username, password).

    Hello,

    Seems problem was caused by Jetpack z WordPress.com plugin. Check the plugin settings, maybe it has an option to enable AMP version for the mobile devices or something. Contact plugin authors to get help with this.
