    I there

I purchased this filter-plugin. It is Ajax enabled, but on every selection the whole page reloads, which also means that the page jumps to back on top, which is confusing and not user friendly. Why is that?

    Thanks

    Peter

    Hello,

Try to disable “Ajax “Add to Cart”” in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check your plugin work after that.

    Hi there

    Still dont work.

I have attached screenshot of plug-in backend where Ajax is enabled.

This plug-in is THE MOST SOLD filter-plugin for WooCommerce, so you should want to make this fully compatible with your theme.

When I filter (or any customers do) no one want the full page to be re-loaded and the user sent back to top of the page. What one wants is to stay on same position and simply see the products change.

    Thanks

    Peter

    Hello,

Please take our apologies but we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme and we can’t implement all Woocommerce extensions into the theme because there is huge amount of them as you know.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hi. This is the biggest filter-plugin of em all…

Bundled with a lot of other Themes like e.g. North…

    Thanks
