facing problem in theme demo installing

Thanks for contacting us.

Make sure that you installed latest versions of the theme and Core plugin – https://gyazo.com/bda2408da74ad612b1894e65933c6097

Have you checked all the server requirements before the installation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ ?
Disable all plugins, except Core and WooCommerce, then go to XStore > Import Demos, and go through the import step by step, required plugins will be activated. If you are using a lot of plugins before the import, one of them may cause a conflict or lack of server resources. You will be able to install plugins later.

What demo version do you want to install? WPBakery or Elementor?
Provide temporary wp-admin access, and we will assist you.

According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

Already I have checked theme requirements before installing the xstore theme i am using the latest version xstore core plugin but am not able to update xstore theme from wordpress after clicking the update now button .

Hi currently xstore theme is activated on a domain http://risingradiance.in/ but I want to deactivate it and want to use this purchase code and theme into another domain http://hjdiesmouldsandtools.com/ but while registering the code it shows error You have reached the activation number limit.

please do the need full as soon as possile.

Sorry, i dont know that you not provode two projct, i want use for two website but same servee.

You cjeck Other company moozo wordoress theme provide for two project licance.

I want use om two website if you not provided so cancel and refund my payment i will purches moozo theme.
