Theme Not Uploading - by mrmenga - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,

    I’ve tried downloading this theme 2 times and uploading it to wordpress 5 times and on go daddy cpanel twice and it doesn’t appear in my wordpress. it fails to upload on wordpress directly and when I contacted go daddy support, they say that the problem seems to be originating from the theme itself. Now I am not sure what to do. could you send me a proper zip file of this theme that I can upload directly to wordpress.

    Do you uploading exactly “Blanco-Theme-v2.9.2.zip” archive file?

    Hi Jack,

    The first time I downloaded the file it provided me with a folder + a zip file [ which didnt work ], the second I tried, it gave me only a folder called blanco which I had to zip on my own and it still didnt work.

    I tried 2 different browsers and the error I receive from worpress is as follows:

    wordpress failure notice.
    are you sure you want to do this ?
    Please try again

    I’ve provided you with my login details below.
    Perhaps you can try uploading it on your end.

    Hello,
    Please, read our theme documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/installation
    Your issue is related to PHP memory limit or max post size for WordPress. If you can’t upload theme via dashboard you should try FTP way.

    I followed the interactions according to your document but my theme does not appear in worpress – theme in order for me to activate it.

    I added the blanco_ theme-v2.9.2.zip via FTP under wp-content/themes [ go daddy ]
    the folder displayed on my ftp themes folder after uploading it but does not display in my wp admin via wordpress :-/

    Please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials.
    The site you provided us with doesn’t work. Please check if you spelled it correctly.

    I’ve also tried deleting and re-installing the wordpress application through my ftp but the problem still persists

    Please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    Please specify where the content of your site is located. Is it in the root of /public_html folder or in /public_html/www.ginediboutique.com directory?
    Also please upload the archive of the theme via FTP to the themes folder to check the issue.

    the template I uploaded was deleted since it didnt work. but I have re-uploaded the zip file in order you to see the issue.

    the theme has been reinstalled for your viewing in http:///home/jona32091/public_html/www.ginediboutique.com/wp-content/themes

    thanks but the top right hand side of the header is missing : My Account, My Wishlist, Checkout ,Log In & shopping cart
