I got this message all of a sudden. I got a email saying there is an update. I can not find any update. What should I do?

If you updated theme to version 3.12 go to plugins > disable the XStore core plugin, then go to Theme Options > re-activate theme. Go back to plugins and activate XStore core. After that go to Appearance > Install plugins and update plugin to version 1.0.14.
