Hello:

The theme options function worked for a bit. and then it cannot load.

When I tried switching to the child theme, it worked for a while, and then it stopped working. I switched back to the main theme, it also worked for a while and then stopped working. Now both of them don’t work – the theme options.

I have contacted our hosting provider. They said if I disable Xstore core plugin, I will be able to access theme options, which is true but it’s a required plugin. They also want to ask you if we need to activate Extension PHP to use this plugin?

Anyway, I have provided temporary wp-admin access. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Please provide FTP access (FTP host, FTP username and FTP password) , so we can check the problem more deeply.
Do you have a server error log?

My hosting provider told me that they are using Litespeed and max_body_size is unlimited.
