Theme options (Dashboard) PROBLEM !!! - by Thanh

Hi,

I just got the Legenda theme for few days. I was pretty happy with it, until I can no longer setting my page. Everytime I click on the Theme Options buttom in the dashboard. this message show up:

Could you guys please help me how to fix this issue?

Hi Eva,

I have this problem for few days. I think the last I use it normally is when I went to the Theme Option and change the banner in the Shop Page for woocommerce. After that I setup my woocommerce shop and started uploading my products. And edit few pages (but I think there is no problem with that).

It maybe also because of my translation with the theme. Because after I translated it, I have problem with loading the sample products. I solved this problem by changing the Permalinks options. But still it caused problem when I switch from English to Vietnamese or otherwise.

This is all I can think of right now. I will let you know if anything else come to my mind.

If you have a questions, please don’t hesitate to write my anytime. Day and night. I will reply ASAP.

Hello,

That problem persists in Woocommerce settings panel too.
We recommend you to reinstall the theme and Woocommerce plugin. Create a back up of the files and database before.

I tried switching to other themes but still have the same problem. So I reinstall WordPress. And also Woocommerce. Now it’s working again.

Do you have any guideline how to create that kind of page? I really think it will help attract potential customers. Can I do it by myself or do I need help from you?

Dear Eva,

I think I have a basic understanding how Visual Composer works. But still there are things I can not figure out. For example: https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/theme-features/
1. I dont know how to insert the picture full-width (like in the WOOCOMMERCE READY section)
2. How to create effects like in OUR COMPANY ACHIEVEMENTS section
3. Insert a video like in the SECTIONS WITH VIDEO BACKGROUND

I have gone through basic documentation, but they don’t mention any of this.
Do you have a more specific or advance guideline? Or any kind of instruction, that would be great.

Hello,

1. You can edit a row (click on the pencil icon) and a background image to the row.
2. Also you need edit a row to set background image and select parallax type.
Then use Text element to add your text and use this shortcode [counter init_value=" " final_value=" "] for the counter.
3. And again you need edit a row to add background video.
