Theme Options not working - by fredetco - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi !

I just installed the theme on a fresh WP 4.2.3 install. I wasn’t able to load the theme via .zip so I used the FTP method.

In theme options I have imported the base data and I’m using de Theme 1 settings (Boxed Variant) but the theme is not exactly the same (notice bigger margins around menu / slider) and when I change options in THEME OPTIONS, it is not being considered, for example, I click the Footer I like, save changes but it’s not being displayed on the frontend.

Any ideas ?

Hello,

Could you please show on a screenshot what you want to modify in menu and slider?
Provide us with FTP credentials as well.

Well, that would be alot of screenshots, actually, something seems wrong with the template package, alot of options aren’t showing in THEME OPTION vs your documentation …
