Theme Options Save and Menu Save malfunction

    I am currently working on an installation of the Legenda theme.
    The site’s address: http://www.olida-pashmina.nl

    Suddenly it is not possible to save the Legenda Theme Options, nor to make changes in the menu strcuture. The page goes blank and nothing happens.

    I loaded WPML plugins before this happened.

    Please contact me urgently.

    importing slider setings and data…

    Error: Wrong export slider file format! This could be caused because the ZipArchive extension is not enabled.
    How do i fix this?

    Hello,

    Looks like the ZipArchive PHP extension is not installed on your server.
    You should contact your host regarding this issue.

    Please update it to 2.4.1:

    I have upgraded the theme to 2.4.1.
    Unfortunately the problem is not solved. The Options Save function is not working (the browser goes to http://www.olida-pashmina.nl/wp-admin/options.php and shows a white screen) and the Menu Save function also does not work (the browser goes to http://www.olida-pashmina.nl/wp-admin/nav-menus.php?action=edit&menu=32. and shows a white screen; it does not return to the WordPress dashboard).

    Could you please have a look again. The login credentials have not changed.

    Hello,

    I’ve enabled debugging in wp-config.php file and the error has appeared on the site:
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 82 bytes) in /customers/f/9/2/olida-pashmina.nl/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/lib/xml2array.php on line 34
    It means memory limit value should be increased.
    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply. I contacted the hosting provider and they have allocated 128MB of memory to PHP. They cannot increase the memory. When running admin I see that approximately 70MB is used. Is using WPML a problem in combination with this theme when 128MB is available?

    Hello,

    WPML plugin is compatible with our theme. The problem may be caused only by the lack of memory. Try to deactivate some 3rd-party plugins and check Theme Options again.
