We purchased XStore Theme based on your recommendation in order to secure a new license to replace the existing one.

Furthermore, we turned off all third-party plugins, including caching plugins, turned off the CDN, and cleared the browser’s cache.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to get in touch with the former web developer to obtain the license key number needed to log the call on the 8Theme support forum or renew support.
Hence, my email to ask if it would be wise to buy a new license and use the new license number in its place.
Please let me know if this is feasible and if the website will stay exactly as it is (if yes) please provide us with a link to purchase the new license for our site.
The purpose of this inquiry is to ensure that we do not jeopardize the front end appearance, functionality, speed, responsiveness, and general health of the website.
