Hi,

I purchase 3 licenses in total. Have used them on two websites. For the third license, I think I have also used them a long time ago but the website is no longer used the XStore theme anymore. I would like to use the purchase code (license) but upon entering the code it said the license has already been used. Can someone in technical help to deactivate the license purchase code that I add the the private content area.

You can use 1 license for 1 project(dev and production sites) according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

Do you still use theme on the mentioned sites?
