    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Try to contact your hosting provider about this problem. Do you use CDN or server cache?
Follow this article to update plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

    Hello,

I have checked your site and don’t see the problem http://prntscr.com/wbqpkd
Maybe you reset the Theme options or imported any default header using Header builder settings? Then you may get the default header.

    Regards

    Hi Olga,

Thanks for your support and help. But we never change header or any other setting again and again but sometime all the setting changed automatically and XStore logo display on our website in the center. All the custom CSS remove automatically. I don’t know how to fix this. I am very afraid about this. Please help me on this asap.

    Hello, @rklee

Do you mean that you did not update anything, did not reset anything but just get the default header? Because the mentioned issue could appear if you used the built-in header instead of the header builder and updated theme from the previous version to 7.2.

    Regards

    Hello, @Sajid

Our theme does not have any auto-reset option. So, the mentioned issue may occur only if you did not create the header using header builder and updated theme to the latest version that does not support built-in header structures anymore or if you manually reset the header from Theme Options > Header builder > Header templates.
Make the backup of theme options via Theme Options > Import/export > download the export file. And let us know once you get the issue with the header again.

    Regards
