Theme set up and customization issues for my website.

Good morning, i was asked to create a temporal admin to help solve my problem. I have done that and here are the info:

My ticket number is 3488904. An email has be sent already from my website with login details.
The issues with my website is that, the pictures were not imported correctlty. Then the site is not fully customizable. I still see xstore stuffs on my site.
Demos from xstore, still showing.
2, By home, the build up from my previous site is still showing. I thought this would be completely overriden by the new theme.
3. Elements from x store still showing.
4. original products from xstore still showing. Can thses be hidden or deleted?
5. By market place, nothing is showing.
6. The catergories from xstore still show ad the products. How can thses be corrected rightly?
I also love to add number and contact email.
Please can the commission or affiliate be set up?
I have been waiting for close to week, no reponse. Please i love if you can have a look.

You are using a lot of 3rd-party plugins, and some of them may cause problems on site.
We’ve disabled some plugins on your site.

We’ve reimported demo content.

To delete demo products, go to Dashboard > Products > select products and delete them, do the same for product categories.

“Subscribe page isnt there. ” – please provide the URL of the page you are looking for, and describe the request in more detail.
