I would recommend you to submit a new topic for new questions.

2, 3) In this case, I would recommend you to create footer using a static block, for example –

4) Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS:

2) Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desctop:

}

Go to Edit Home page and delete code that relates to .mc4wp-form – https://prnt.sc/u4d5x8 , go to Theme Options > Additional CSS and delete this code – https://prnt.sc/u4d68j , you will get – https://prnt.sc/u4d6d3
Describe the desired styling of the form in detail, and we will help you with custom CSS code that should be added in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS.
