Theme slowness - by pasabyy - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have used all kinds of wordpress plugins. I did a complete reset from Cpanel, I deleted the site 3 times, I did it again. But the site opening speed is extremely slow and this is not related to hosting. It’s all about the theme. I’ve been dealing with this for about 15 days and my website is loading very slowly. 3 seconds minimum. Show me a way or refund. I’m very tired of this situation.
