Page speed depends on many factors: theme optimization, number of plugins that you use, server settings, CDN etc https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ We don’t have advanced site optimization experts because individual site optimization is outside the scope of our support. If you need help with the individual site optimization you may contact our partners who specialized in this – WPKraken team.

I’m not sure referring a customer to another service to deal with a speed issue with your company’s theme is a good idea?

It really doesn’t represent good customer service.

When we finish the work we will start the admin part (customizer). Many things need to be considered, such as test and inheritability of updates. We can promise you one thing ?
