    Hello, good afternoon.

I am creating a child theme to update the theme and not create any conflict with my css. But an error occurred, even before I update this theme.
Gone the widget on the right showing the products and also disappeared the choice of products.
Every time you make updates, happen?
Could you help me get back this widget?

    Hello,

Have you moved all your modifications to child theme?
You need make all customizations in the child theme, then update the parent theme.
Also when activating the child theme you have to re-add the widgets in Appearance > Widgets that were added in the parent theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I created the style.css file and functions.
    Need I send other files?
I have not updated with the new theme yet.

    Hello,

If you made changes in the parent theme files, then you’ll lose them after theme update. That’s why you need move all modifications to child theme. Please read WordPress Codex https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes how to make changes in the child theme.
Also always create full backup before starting each update.
