Hi, I have just updated the theme to 6.3.5 today and find that the header has duplicated itself and now shows twice with the ‘normal’ menu plus a hamburger menu. The colour filters have disappeared from the left menu on the category pages and the quickview doesn’t work. I haven’t tested further as I think I will have to roll back to yesterdays backup rather than leave the site looking like this.
Is this now compatible with the latest update of woocommerce 4.2? (I also updated that today but after the theme update). Can you please let me know what I should do, obviously I do want to keep updated with the latest versions but not if it is not working properly. Debbie
Hello,
You are using the Cloudflare CDN. Did you clear CDN cache after theme and XStore core plugin update?
Regards
Yes I cleared all caches before updating. I have rolled it back to yesterdays backup now so maybe difficult to diagnose. I am worried about trying to update again in case the same thing happens. Have you any ideas other than Cache problems? I would have thought the colour options would still show on category pages even if the cache was causing display errors? Debbie
Hello,
Install Cloudflare plugin and login to your account to allow us to clear the cache. After that reply back with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. We’ll help you with the update.

Hi,
The cloudflare is a service offered by Siteground who hosts the website, it doesn’t seem to offer a plugin. I thought it was in the SG Optimizer plugin but I have to log on to my host cpanel to access it. File manager for FTP is also in Cpanel. I attach the details. Thank you, Debbie
Hello,
There is no problem with the headers after update but I see the problem with the Swatches filter.
I have passed your issue to developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the problem.

Hello,
Check now.

i am still seeing the double header. i checked in a browser I haven’t looked in before so I don’t think it is browser cache.
I see the ‘normal’ header with the logo and menus, but then the rest is repeated – two lines of text in the pink bar, a second smaller logo and a hamburger menu.
Is this not what you are seeing? Debbie
Also on Mobile the logo has disappeared from the header.
What seems to be happening is that both the mobile header and the desktop header are appearing. On mobile the main desktop header should not appear, but it is. On desktop, the mobile header shouldn’t show.
I have also checked a few other things that don’t seem to be working.
Quick View not working on Mobile or in Google Chrome
When you pick a colour from the ‘filter by colour’ menu the category images disappear and so do the images for recently viewed items. Filter by price slider bar also disappears (on mobile and Chrome). Once a colour filter is selected, you cannot remove it. clicking on the X doesn’t work.
Compare – only seems to show one product, even though I added a number of products in Firefox and on Mobile, but does seem to be working on Chrome.
Are some of these due to caching? At the moment the site is a bit of a mess and i cannot leave it like this. Debbie
Hello,
We moved some classes from the core plugin to theme styles. So, you should clear the plugin and browser cache because cached files of the previous version cause the mentioned issue.
There is no issue with the header or quick view https://gyazo.com/4a75d4a5ba8c552f8587902e16f5a5eb
Filter works fine https://gyazo.com/bfe3901abc14ede5ce6869beb682cd60
So, please, clear all the caches and then try again.

Hi, Yes, everything seems to be okay now. Thank you for your help with this. Is it okay to update Woocommerce to 4.2 now without causing any further issues?
Debbie
Hi,
The latest version of the theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce 4.2.0.
