    Hello Eight theme team,

We are facing issues after updating your theme version 3.4, it destroyed everything and after that i need to go back to previous version 3.3 but still we are facing issues. Those are

    1. How to remove your default background, where it can be changed, we are not getting the place from where we can remove your default background.
1(b). We have made a new promo picture and it is not showing properly. It will stretch automatically.

    2. After Updating theme, we face following issues:

    a. We are unable to see Single Product Page Description.
    b. The website can not move forward to billing page.
    c. Theme is getting too slow and it will be tested at 2.57 minutes approx, Which is very bad loading time. (Wp Cache already installed)
    d. We are still facing scrolling problem in some screens, some time it works properly and some time it stuck and cannot scroll.

    j. Single Product Page: Sidebar is also disabled. (Qrcode , ad banner not showing)
    k. Blog post is also not showing on blog page. Reference Link :- http://www.wannakis.com/blog
    l. We need to place text below Category Pages instead of showing text on top. How can we do it?

Please guide us step by step and permanent solution as we fixed it up and then after some days it will start again creating problems.

    Thanks

    The Team

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.
Please make sure that you followed our recommendations for theme update https://www.8theme.com/reply/178351/
As I see, now on your site using 3.4 version http://prntscr.com/hscxjo
1-1b. Please provide screenshots for better understanding https://prnt.sc/.
    2.
    a. Is it solved http://prntscr.com/hscomc ?
    b. Have you sorted out http://prntscr.com/hscpvu ?
    c. Try to test your site on GTmetrix and follow their suggestions, for example, you need to optimize images https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/tips-tricks/optimize-images-for-your-wordpress-website
Use special services or WordPress plugins to optimize your images for decreased loading times:
    – tinypng.com – Compressor.io – Kraken.io – Ewww Image Optimizer – Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin
    + https://diywpblog.com/wordpress-optimization-remove-query-strings-from-static-resources/
    d. What browser do you use?
    e. You added text as image http://prntscr.com/hscvap, it would be better add it via text element.
f, h. Is it solved now? If not, check widgets that you have in Appearance > Widgets > areas of footer.
g, j. Sometimes, not always, widgets can be transferred to the inactive area after theme update.
    i. Do you have API key?
Please read how to get it https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/tutorials/adding-a-google-map#step_3_get_an_api_key .
Go to Theme Options > Contact Form > Google Map API and add api key.
Then you need edit the file wp-content/themes/legenda/contacts.php, find the line 171 <script type="text/javascript" src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false"></script>, replace the code with this <script type="text/javascript" src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=YOUR_API_KEY&sensor=false"></script>, add your API key instead of “YOUR_API_KEY” text in the link.
    k. Make sure that your Blog page is set as default for posts http://prntscr.com/hsd23j or provide me temporary wp-admin access in Private Content.
    l. We do not have the option to change the position of category description for now. I’ve sent your request to our developers, hope such option will be added in next theme update.

    Regards
