Really wish you would sort out the issues with not being able to update the theme, we have never had this issue in the past and now almost all updates cause errors

An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hello,

This error appears if you activated the theme on the other domain then use it.
To fix this you need:
1) Deactivate theme in the XStore > Dashboard and activate it using your purchase code again
2) Go to Dashboard > Updates > click the “Check again” link.
3) Try to update theme and plugin after that.

Still having constant problems with these updates, even on installs on 1 domain, still get this same error

It’s so time wasting having to jump through hoops just to run an update

Can you please make the full backup of the site and share your wp-admin and FTP details so we can check it first hand out that why the update does not work and update it for you.
