Theme using my all server resources that cuase website go down

    Hello,

    I am using your theme on my website https://resinartstudio.in/ and have also registered it. The website was working well for the first month, but now I am facing issues related to high resource usage caused by the theme and plugins.

    When I disable the theme, the website functions normally. I contacted my hosting provider regarding server resource usage, and they informed me that the website is not optimized. I have already applied the optimization settings available in the theme, but they did not resolve the issue.

    I am sharing a screenshot of the resource usage for reference. Please help me optimize the website for high-speed and flawless performance.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    I am experiencing high CPU usage and memory overflow issues on my website, which is built using the XStore theme. To troubleshoot, I uploaded a 15-day-old backup that was previously working fine, but the issue still persists.

    To help identify and resolve the problem, I am sharing my FTP details and admin login credentials with you. Please check the website and let me know what might be causing this issue and how I can fix it.     Also, we tried to connect to your FTP but there are next errors:

    Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Make sure there are no IP restrictions or any other limitations preventing us from connecting.

    You can log in to the WordPress admin panel. I have installed a file manager, so you can check the files directly. For FTP access, I am discussing it with the hosting provider.

    I don’t need a speed optimization service request. My issue is related to your theme, which is making the server busy and causing the website to go down. I have already purchased the theme and have 4 months of support, so this should be included in your services. I am not looking for any paid services. If you can help identify the issue, it would be appreciated, as I have already optimized the website. Please find out why this is happening.

    Based on our findings, the main source of the high CPU usage appears to be the Elementor plugin. We recommend reaching out to their support team and referring to their documentation for potential solutions.

    Additionally, we kindly request you to increase the value of “Max Input Vars” to a higher level. Since the full functionality of the theme is being utilized, it is essential to set this value to at least the specified upper limit to ensure optimal performance.

    Upon reviewing your website’s frontend, we did not observe any issues on any pages. Therefore, we suggest waiting for some time until your cache plugin fully caches the website data. During the caching process, CPU usage may be temporarily high, but once completed, it should stabilize.

    Thank you for your response. I have already set the Max Input Vars as recommended. Regarding caching, I have installed and configured the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, but the issue remains unresolved.

    After setting the input level, the problem occurs again within 20 minutes. I would like to understand if I need to change my server, and if so, what type of server would be best for hosting my website to ensure smooth performance?

    My website has been running for over a year, and I migrated to your theme one month ago. Initially, everything was working fine, but this issue has suddenly started and has been ongoing for the past five days, severely impacting my business.

    I have put in a lot of effort to optimize my website, and this downtime is frustrating. Please guide me on how I can keep my website live and stable without frequent disruptions.
