Please Help ASAP
Hello,
If you want site with fullwidth please set up fullwidth theme versions in Theme Options->Import/Export.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Hello
I have already chosen that option. But here is a brief video that shows me choosing full width demo but it still displaying a narrow look:
Please advise.
Thank You
In the documentation it states that there should be a setting in Theme Options ->Responsive-> Large resolution from, which specifies the starting width when the full width design will be activated.
However, there is no Large Resolution From present even when the site is full width and responsive,
You will see it when you log in.Perhaps that is the issue.
The same problem with me why it is not managing simply via using SITE-LAYOUT Option ( wide / boxex ) kindly help me and tell how to fix as soon as possible…..
Hello,
I see you have a problem with installation of theme version. Please, update your theme to version 1.1 (available on ThemeForest) and install FullWidth version again. Or provide your admin panel and FTP accesses and we’ll update theme and install versions for you.
Regards
