Hello,

couple of months ago i bought your theme. i installed it on my site http://www.icustomluxury.com and used this https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/demo_data_installation

Now i want to install the theme on my other website http://www.drone-store.nl but the demo data installation don’t work? what do i wrong? btw i also get an error when i want to download/install the required plugins?

you know what the problem is? Thanks

Download mislukt. Failed to connect to drone-store.nl port 80: Connection refused

thats what i get when i want to install the required plugins!

Hello,

Please check this error with your hosting provider if port 80 isn’t blocked on your server.

Thanks for the reply Eva,

My hosting ask me what the ip adres is of the required/recommended plugins. Becouse than they can open port 80.

Hello,

Plugins archives are placed in the theme package in legenda/framework/plugins directory. If there are difficulties to install them automatically you can do this manually. Extract the archives and upload plugins folders to the wp-content/plugins directory. After that you’ll be able to active them in wp-admin panel > Plugins.

Concerning the “Install demo data” button, it may not work because of some server settings. Also check at your hosting provider what php version you are using. If it’s low version ask them to update it to 5.3 at least.

Thank you Eva,

The plugins are okay now. i installed them like you told me to do. After i installed the plugins the button demo data worked! But now i have the next problem… no photo’s in my slider, no photos in shop products. I downloaded the theme from themeforest in a zip file. And added the zip file to my wordpress account. When i installed the theme to my first site i had no problems.. why i have now so many problems with installing it on my other site? I do the same thing is a did on my first site..?

hope you have a reason for my problems to fix it, maybe i do something wrong?

If you want to use our theme on two sites you must have two licenses, as we provide support only for one website.
