I can’t activate the Xstore core plugin, the page indicates that there has been a critical error on this website with the plugin. And i cant use the theme too, all pages are lost. I read other similar questions but I did not find the solution.
Hello, @Joan,
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with a username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

First of all I received the error from wordpress
“In this case, WordPress has detected an error with your theme, XStore.”
During this time the control panel could not be opened and I have to change the theme.
And then with the recovery mode I was able to enter control. And there I got the second wordpress message
“In this case, WordPress has detected an error with one of your plugins, XStore Core.”
The page does open, but it is damaged.
Now i have disabled theme and plugin
Hello, @Joan,
First of all, please deactivate all the plugin on your site, and then go to Appearance >> Themes and Activate the theme from there, after that Install the XStore Core plugin from XStore >> Dashboard >> Plugin Installer and I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.
Now after that you have to activate your site plugins again one by one and check which one is generating the issue on your site.
