Hello, @FMiMBranding,
Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching out to our support center.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

Hello, @FMiMBranding,
1/ Upon a thorough review of your website, https://fmimbranding.ca/ -we have identified a critical error that requires immediate attention. For your convenience, we have captured a screenshot of the issue, which can be viewed at the following link: https://imgur.com/ZCjvqV5
Our analysis suggests that the error may be stemming from a conflict involving the Jetpack plugin and the WooCommerce Payments plugin on your WordPress site. To address this matter, we kindly request that you temporarily deactivate these plugins, as well as any cache plugins that are not part of the XStore package. Detailed information about the included plugins can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
After deactivating the aforementioned plugins, please proceed to clear your browser’s cache before revisiting the site to verify if the issue has been resolved.
We trust that these steps will rectify the problem at hand.
