There is a vunerablilty found on my website that was scanned and repoted by Virusdie

There was one active vulnerability found by Virusdie while scanning the website for any virus or issues with the plugins.
Virusdie keeps notifying of the issue
Please help correct the error in the core Plugin as soon as possible

We can’t log in to your site, it redirects from wp-admin URL to https://prnt.sc/7TDzJFSllcFB page.

We asked you to describe the problem in more detail, could you provide some screenshots or videos?

You forget to provide FTP access. To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

If you can’t provide the standard wp-admin and FTP access, let’s come back to your problem, because it is possible that it is independent of our theme.
We asked you 2 times, to describe the problem in more detail, but did not get answer.
Please specify the exact problem? Could you provide a description of the issue?
Create screenshots and videos, upload them on https://wetransfer.com/, and provide us with the URL.
As for the scanner, I understand that it is a paid service. Therefore, we request that you provide us with as much information as possible or access to this testing, and we will review the issues that this scanner has identified.

The issue is that I am having are
1) Having random blogs being generated on our website that seems like scam blogs with lottery details
2)My Virusdie protection has shown a vulnerability which will be noted on the private section

Please download the mentioned class-cei-core.php file on your computer, to not lost, and replace the current file on the site with the next – https://we.tl/t-PXPF6h7M5V (et-core-plugin\packages\customizer-export-import\classes folder).
