Hi,
There is an option in the theme that the mini cart can open automatically after someone add an item to the cart?

If you would like to have the mini cart open automatically after an item is added to the cart, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Cart > Select Content Type as per your requirements and Publish it.

I see what you mean, I have configured those settings before and they don’t work for some reason…

I even went further and disabled or chose another option, saved the changes, and then activated the Off-Canvas option again.

But when I try to add a product to the cart inside the shop, the product is added to the cart but does not open automatically.

I need your help on this matter.

Hello, @Oshrat,

Thank you for your response.

Please select “Product Added Notification” via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout.

If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
