There is error in account page with woocommers

I am unable to see account details and I am unable to create new accounts on the website.
nothing is moving forward in accounts page

I have tried almost everything using documents but it is of no help the errors are different which is not mentioned in the documents and I am fed up trying to resolve this

1/ Could you please specify which error you are referring to? We kindly request that you provide a detailed description along with screenshots illustrating the issue.

2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I have provided the login details for admin please have a look.
I cannot create any new user or fill in any further information on any account.
login and registration feature is not working.
