There is no account signup screen when clicking Log in/Sign up in imported demo?

Hi,
I installed the theme and imported Electronics demo, the demo content looks fine though it gave me an error during installation : “could not install media” and then reimported media by itself. But when I click on Log in/Sign up button, only log in form appears and there is no signup or social media login like in the demo? Is there something wrong? Or this needs a separate plug-in that does not come with the demo? Please help.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation > Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page.

I enabled the account creation now, but it still the register tab does not appear, and the login items does not fit well in the pop up as in the demo, can you visit the site and check, please?

Go to Theme Options > click on Save.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

I did, it shows now, I think it was cached, but the the form still does not look proper.I will send temporary login url in private.

I resetted my wp site, and wanted to start from scratch again! But I am not able to re activate the theme, the demo import does not work consistently, can you help please to re activate?

I can’t activate because it says I have activated too many times. I have reset my wp site and uninstll and install xstore many times. So now I can’t activate, also had to point my domain to new dns after site deletion so it still can’t be accessed.

I installed the theme and the demo again on clean installation, but it says :” theme installed but we had some errors- media not installed” , what does that mean? I view the site it looks like the demo, but the log in / sign up form controls does not fit well. Please help, I do not want to go forward, then it break somewhere along the way.

Hello,

1) Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. You can choose the demo import again and at the demo content installation step don’t check all but media only https://gyazo.com/647b0452f7c5d8ddb3ebcf966506dcc0
2) Go to Theme Options > click on Publish.
3) Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Account & Privacy > enable Registration on the My account page.

Your site under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Provide temporary wp-admin access, in case you need any further assistance. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
