There is no Turkish language translation?

In the themeforest page, it is advertised as that the theme had Turkish language support – but I can’t seem to find it. Can you please provide me the Turkish translation files?

On this page, it says only 7 strings have been translated: https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/xstore-core-plugin/

Our theme is designed to be translatable into any language, meaning it supports translations. It is important to note that we do not provide complete ready-made translations, and this is stated in our documentation. The translations that you can download from https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ have been provided by our users who chose to share them with the community.

You can also download these files from https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/ or by following this link – https://we.tl/t-jiBWFquuZl Once you have uploaded the files to your site, you will be able to proceed with the translation by following the instructions in this video: https://youtu.be/WYBlzdJs5PU?feature=shared. Please be aware that you only need to translate the necessary strings that are visible on the frontend; there is no need to manually translate to 100%. However, if you do complete a full translation, we would appreciate it if you could share it with us so that we can make it available to other customers.

You guys are blatantly mis-leading. In the product page you claim that you have partial translations for Turkish language, and it’s only LITERALLY true. Translating 7/4000+ strings is NOT partially translated. You are actually mis-leading people and you’ve now force me to change my theme. I can’t try to find all the possible text my customers might or might not see. Very unprofessional behaviour.
