    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I have noticed that occasionally the following error message appears on my website

    “There was a critical error on your website.” However, after refreshing the page, it functions normally. This error occurs almost every time during the initial visit to the website.

    Could you please check what’s causing this, as it’s having a significant impact on my website.
