Dear 8Theme Support
After an update of the theme I receive this error message after an order:
There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.
The order and as well the payment goes through, but customers are ordering 2 or 3 times, since they dont get, that we received the order. As well the emails do not work or in other words we don
t receive the order info.
When I disable the XStore Core Plugin everything works fine even with the XStore Theme activated. I tried of course as well different other themes without a problem. So it seems to me that the problem lays somewhere on the XStore Core Plugin.
Can you please have a look at this. Just let me know if you need more info.
