Using Worldpay Online Payments plugin customers keep getting THIS ORDER’S STATUS IS “PROCESSING”—IT CANNOT BE PAID FOR. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE. Payment are being processed and the customer gets the order email but an error message being shown.

Have you tried to contact the plugin author?
Do you have any errors in server error log?
How does it work when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated?
