Hello:

Please note that my website is damaged. My website host (Bluehost) told me that is your theme that is the problem. So they deactivated the theme and activated a safer theme so that I can log into the website dashboard. and I am now very upset. I am losing sales and customers.

Kindly please look at it and let me know what is wrong.

Hello,

Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail and find out what fatal error appears on your site.

Something is wrong with the file permissions on your server. Please, contact your hosting provider to fix that and then reply back to us. We’ll check the issue with the theme installation and activation.

Hello,

As I can see your footer is created using simple text widgets without any additional formatting. Did you use any custom styles for that? Do you have mockup of how it should be? Keep in mind that you can create footer using static blocks if you want to have columns layout for that https://youtu.be/gY-x4m47Duo
