This Theme Is Totally Unworkable – I want a refund !

I have just purchased this theme and have been trying to install at our server. Tried all possible angles – including FTP and tweaked server settings as per suggested ones. It is simply not working. As you have promised to refund the payment within 7 days – please refund the payment I made today.

BTW, I have followed all guidelines suggested by you – including totally fresh installation. The package simply do not work

Please refund without delay !!
