Hello,
Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/
It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product or post images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.

Hello Rose.
Thanks for the answer .
Unfortunately when modifying as you informed me in the link
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/
It didn’t.
the old photos are the perfect size. 1:1 (300×300)
but when I add new product the thumbnail doesn’t respect the media.
I already set 1:1 . and 300×300 , but it still does not change .
Already clear cookie and did the whole process.
I would like to know if there is any CSS code that I can apply to solve this.
The new products, including the miniature, both at Home and at the Shop, are unregulated.
Please wait for answers to resolve.
Thank you so much.
Hello, @Creapar desenvolvimento,
I have checked your site the product images appear 300×300 on the home page and on the shop page I have made a video for you for this please watch it first: https://streamable.com/8b5913
If you are facing an issue with a specific product then please share the product URL with us and if possible please provide a screenshot of your issue for a better reference.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Thanks for the support. I made a video of the product and how it presents the problem . by including the product and in the gallery. I look forward message thank you very much
login information, if you need it, are in the first message of the so-called
Settings woocommerce I believe it is not, because I checked the videos and all settings are correct … But I can’t find the solution to the problem, I appreciate the help.
Hello,
As you can see, image size settings come from WooCommerce, not from our theme. If they worked fine and then stopped, check what plugin did you install, maybe the problem is caused by a 3rd part plugin or CDN on your site.
