Thumbnail pictures on Iphone/Ipad dont show

Hi! I just noticed that there are no thumbnail pictures in my shop page on Iphone and Ipad. Only a grey square.
When I click the grey square the picture shows fine on the product page!
Can You figure out what’s wrong?

Hello,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

Have tried to disable plugins – but doesn’t help…
Any ideas???

Hello,

Try to set “Default” image loading type in Theme options > Speed optimization.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin access, please.

Hello,

We’ve checked your Shop page on iPhone 11 via different browsers and do not see the problem with product images there.
What exactly device and browser do you use? Have you cleared cache of the browser?
