Hi

I have the following issues:

I have the images on the product page, all configured with 420w x 570h, thumbs
When looking at the page everything seems to be fine, all thumbnails are upright
But when you click the fourth thumbnail it displays the entire image, not the size that is preset.

Another thing I realized is that all 8theme widgets have come to display the square images and not the thumbnail that I have configured.

Could you take a look and tell me what might be wrong? Until version 4.17 and woo 3.2.6 seemed to be well

Another thing

How disable the prev next on hover images? Could have an option for this 🙂
The screen becomes so full of elements that people complain that they can not see the details of the image.
I do not know, it would just be an idea
But if you have a hint how to disable I want to know 🙂

Hello,

1) Single image http://prntscr.com/ik0561 don’t have crop option anymore after WC update 3.3
You may try to change it using WC hooks that they offer https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Customizing-image-sizes-in-3.3-

2) In version 3.3.3 they removed image settings at all even from customizer. But we keep the previous version of their settings http://prntscr.com/ik093w But 8theme product widgets use WP thumbnails size (Settings > Media) to avoid too big image in that area. So, if you don’t want to crop these images disable it in WP settings and regenerate thumbnails.

3) “How to disable the prev next on hover images” – I don’t see any prev/next there http://prntscr.com/ik0b9a
Can you explain in more details? Maybe screenshot?

Hi Olga

Yes, I saw the changes. I honestly think it’s ridiculous, it seems like a kid is organizing the images kkkkk.

The fourth image always showed the generated crop, with a link to the full image.

For now, I’ll leave anyway, some customers said it was easier to see the complete work.

As much as my compulsive sense of keeping things in line keeps me from sleeping 🙂

As for PREV and NEXT I found the css and managed to hide, greatly improved the conversion into mobile devices after this.

Thank you anyway, I’m still testing. I have another question (suggestion) for the cart tables to look better on mobile (shipping table), but I’ll make some pictures and make a suggestion.

Hello,

Yes, we also don’t understand WC changes for the images, all themes removed its own settings for the images because they released the new options in the customizer in the 3.3 update and then in version 3.3.3 they removed these setting at all. Strange logic.

Once you get the images feel free to contact us. Maybe we’ll be able to implement them.
