Time Sensitive: All thumbnail images missing after X-Store update

Hi – my staging site has all of the sudden lost all of the thumbnails within the sections that use woocommerce product pages. This occurred after an update, but the strange thing is, that these updates were NOT pushed live and now the live site is experiencing the same issue!

I need to resolve this asap and understand what happened and how to avoid this in the future.

You do not see any images until after you visit the description page and click to see the image in lightbox (full size) mode.

Hello,

You have installed SG optimizer plugin and this option http://prntscr.com/1z9cuj5 enabled.
You should know that it is not possible to use lazy load from both plugins/theme functionality. So please, enable only one of next options for lazy loading from theme -> Customizer -> Speed Optimization -> Lazy load and keep this option off -> http://prntscr.com/1z9cuj5. Or disable our theme lazy load feature -> http://prntscr.com/1z9d4xb and enable the one from SG optimizer.

For this time I disabled the one from our theme and images are loaded ok -> http://prntscr.com/1z9dhlc
