Hello,

Please set the administrator role for the user, so we can access settings of pages.

Dear,

As was mentioned, we need access to your Dashboard (wp-admin panel). Go to Users > edit theme8 user > Role > set Administrator > Save, then reply back here.

Again I have posted the user and password several times and you are not using it. The user password was sent several times. This is getting frustrating. none of my posts is being properly answered. or issues being fixed. What’s the point.

Hello,

Have you tried to login using credentials you provided for us? To be able to help you we need access to the Dashboard, but you did not set the Administrator role for the user.
Why you do not want to change the role? Do you understand that we can’t even check the current settings?
Do you use File Generator? If so, make sure that all required elements are enabled, like Sidebars and Banners.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
