Hello,

I’d like to add two additional fields with a checkbox and hyperlink text on the existing registration form to get an agreement on the terms and conditions of my mall

Looking around for similar requests here, I’ve noticed it’s paid service. right?

1. If it’s paid service, In the case of my request above approximately how much will it cost, how long does it take to modify it, Where on this site can I request this service?

2. If it’s not paid service, please tell me how I have to do.
